Post Construction/Renovation Clean
- Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped for a polished finish.
- Cobwebs are removed from all ceilings.
- Dusting is performed on fans, light fixtures, furniture, shelving, electronics, wall art, and vents.
- Light switches, mirrors, glass surfaces, counters, faucets, and furniture are wiped down for a spotless look.
- Showers, bathtubs, sinks, and toilets are cleaned and sanitized.
- Trash bins are emptied throughout the home.
- Cabinet and drawer exteriors in the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned thoroughly.
- The microwave is cleaned both inside and out.
- The exteriors of the refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher are cleaned, but appliances are left in place to protect gas, electric, and water connections and to avoid damage to floors.
- Beds are made with the existing bedding or fresh linens if provided. Stripping beds ahead of time is recommended.
- Door frames are dusted for a neat and tidy finish.
- Accessible baseboards are cleaned, but furniture is not moved during the process.
- Reachable window sills, panes, and blinds are cleaned from the floor or a step stool (we do not use ladders over 6 feet for safety).
Interior windows are cleaned while closed to prevent damage (tracks are not included).
- The hood vent is cleaned to remove grease and buildup.
